Michael Bodenstab

Chief Financial Officer at Cantata Health.

Michael is a seasoned healthcare executive and entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in healthcare strategy, finance, operations and business development. His broad industry experience includes payers, health systems, acute/post-acute/ambulatory care, ACOs, and consumerism.

Michael has led corporate and business development, sales, operations, strategy, finance, and human resources functions. He is an expert at evaluating and implementing transformational and innovative strategies, managing processes and projects, driving revenue growth, and identifying opportunities to expand capabilities and markets.

Before joining Cantata, Michael served as Vice President of Healthcare Solutions at MedHelp, a subsidiary of Merck. Earlier in his career, Michael was CEO and Co-Founder of Predictive Medical Technologies, a predictive analytics start-up that provides real-time messaging to clinicians regarding potential adverse events. He also serviced as CFO for Intelligent Healthcare and Med-Vantage, leading both companies to successful exits. Additionally, he has held several strategic and financial roles with Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Morgan Stanley and General Electric.

Michael earned his BS degree in Finance and Business Law and Public Policy from The Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
