Vice President of Customer Service and Support at Cantata Health

Elvira Hynds brings more than three decades of service excellence to our customers. As our Vice President of Customer Service and Support, she leads Cantata Health’s highly regarded customer support and service team for  both LTC and Acute Hospitals for Cantata Health in the continental U.S., Puerto Rico and Guam.   Her primary  focus is on initiatives to continuously improve the customer experience by refining and expanding customer onboarding and providing lifecycle processes that ensure customer success.

Most recently, Hynds was Director of Services for Cantata Health since its divestiture from NTT Data. At NTT Data, Hynds held various support and services roles overseeing application support, implementations, consulting, and training. She has also lead quality assurance and other initiatives designed to drive customer success.  Hynds is also a Registered Health Information Technician and has BS/IS in Business Information Systems from Phoenix University.
